Our Mission has spread to over
250 system impacted young adults& 25 households
on Chicago's South and Northwest sides.
We provide direct outreach services, community support, and resource navigation to help young men become stable, heal, and build toward long‑term independence.
NON-CLINICAL
CASE MANAGEMENT
Ongoing 1:1 supportive services including resource navigation, housing and benefits referrals, employment support, goal planning, warm handoffs to partners, and regular check‑ins.
HOUSING REFERRALS
Connecting youth to emergency shelters, transitional housing, rapid rehousing programs, and long‑term housing pathways across Chicago.
HUMANITY WORKSHOPS
Healing‑centered spaces focused on identity, emotional wellness, community building, and personal growth .Designed by and for system‑impacted youth.(Mens’ Cohort and Adulting 101)
THREE-KEY's PROGRAM
Provides direct assistance in obtaining State IDs,Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates through the I AM HERE: Vital Documents Hotline, a national resource supported by Baker McKenzie and the National Network for Youth.
