What We Do
What We Do
Our Mission has spread to over
200 system impacted young adults& 25 households
on Chicago's South and Northwest sides.
We connect young adults experiencing homelessness or instability with safe and stable housing options. Through trusted partners such as The Night Ministry, we provide referrals to temporary, transitional, and permanent housing, helping each individual move toward lasting stability and independence.
We believe that healing happens in community, not in isolation.Through our target programs, such as the Humanity Workshops Life Skills series,
we combine creative expression. These programs give system-impactedyoung adults a safe space to share, create, and build essential life skills.
BTS connects young adults to resources that help them obtain vital records, including state IDs, birth certificates, and Social Security cards
