Our on‑the‑ground crew connecting directly with young adults across Chicago. Through hygiene kit distribution, relationship‑building, and resource navigation, we meet young adults where they are and offer a dignified first touchpoint into the BTS ecosystem.

Stability doesn’t happen overnight it happens through consistent support, clear goals, and someone walking alongside you. 120 Days gives young adults the structure and accountability they need to move forward with confidence and long‑term success.120 Days is a structured, non‑clinical case management track designed to help young adults build stability, set goals, and stay accountable. Over four months, participants receive consistent support, resource navigation, and guidance as they work toward housing, employment, wellness, and personal development.
