A stable home is more than four walls.It’s safety, dignity, and the foundation for everything that comes next. Home Start ensures young adults don’t begin their new chapter with an empty apartment, but with a space that feels like home from day one.
BTS Home Start supports young adults ages 18–24 transitioning from homelessness into stable housing by providing essential furniture and home goods with coordinated deliveryand setup. We make sure every young person moves into their new home with dignity, comfort, and a strong foundation for long‑term stability.

Home goods (kitchenware, bedding, cleaning supplies, toiletries)
Delivery, assembly, and full setup support
Coordination with case managers and housing providers
Trauma‑informed, youth‑centered move‑in experience
High‑quality items matched to each youth’s needs through our partnership with Second City Hauling — including delivery, assembly, and setup directly in their new unit
Optional follow‑up support through BTS programs
