YMAB ensures that BTS is not built for young men it’s built with them. By giving young leaders real decision‑making power, we create programs that reflect their realities, honor their voices, and strengthen their communities. The Young Men’s Action Board is leadership council of young men ages 18–24 who help shape BTS programs, outreach, and community strategy. YMAB members use their lived experience, creativity, and leadership to guide decisions that impact young men across Chicago. This is a space for real influence, real voice, and real growth.
